29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.   a) Exterior of Building - Scaffold - Back Porch: Employee without any means of fall protection, engaged in framing activities from job made wooden scaffold platform, was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet, on or about 8/2/18.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge;   a) Exterior of Building - Main Stairway Entrance - Front of Building: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 2 feet while utilizing an exterior 5 riser stairway that did not have any handrail, on or about 6/12/18.

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:           a) Exterior of Building - Ground - Back Porch: Employee was exposed to head injury while engaged in cleaning activity with other employees working above them without the use of protective helmets, on or about 8/2/18.    T. Seven Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1212694, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/10/17, with respect to a workplace located at Briarcliff Rd., Bergenfield NJ.
