29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about May 15, 2018, All Seasons Painting, as the controlling employer, did not initiate and maintain a program which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment by a competent person. Employees of Pachi's Project LLC, a subcontractor, were exposed to electric shock and fall hazards while engaged in electrical and drywall activities on a commercial building.
