If the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard must be guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired On or about June 22, 2018, employees operating a Yale S/N A824N06954V powered industrial vehicle to load and unload vending machine products on delivery trucks were exposed to an unrepaired/unmarked pothole located outside the garage doors leading to the loading/unloading parking lot.
