On 7/2/2018, noise monitoring revealed that an employee was exposed to continues noise at 98 dBA during a 360 minutes sampling period. Employees were exposed to hearing loss. The exposer calculation included 120 minutes not sampled at zero.     b) Picking Line - The employer did not ensure that continuing and effective Hearing Conservation program was provided to employees exposed to noise over the 8-hour time weighted average of 85 dBA.
