OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):     The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employer failed to train employees in recognizing and avoiding caught-in hazards associated with moving parts of machines and in proper use of guards:    a) On or about 6/18/2018 and at times prior thereto, the employer failed to ensure that employees were trained on safe work practices concerning hazards created by the point of operation on the Tsune Circular Saw Model TK130GL.    Among other methods, feasible abatement measures include, but are not limited to making sure all operators and other Affected employees receive training or re-training on the means and methods of guarding and locking out/tag out of the Tsune Circular Saw Model TK130GL.
