29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: a) At the facility, kitchen area: On or about June 22, 2018 the employer did not identify and evaluate respiratory hazards including a reasonable estimate of exposure to carbon monoxide (PEL 50 ppm) and coal tar pitch volatiles (PEL 0.2 mg/m3) when employees used the deep fryer and the fryer exhaust ventilation system was inoperable.
