29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(ii): The written hazard communication program did not include the methods the employer would use to inform employees of the hazards of non-routine tasks, and the hazards associated with chemicals contained in unlabeled pipes in their work areas: a) On or about 6/25/2018, Employer had unlabeled pipes above oven #8 which appeared to be unlabeled natural gas lines for the burners. The line came thru the roof of the building in a black pipe.
