(b) Production Area: On or before June 18, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards, in that the employer did not have a guard on the Everett Industries dry abrasive cutoff saw (Model Number 16 MIT S/N 9-29.86) to cut materials such as, but not limited to, metal.    (c) Production Area: On or before June 18, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards, in that the employer did not have a guard on the Lathe  (notcher) (Model # unknown, S/N unknown) with 1725 RPM to protect from the rotating action of the chuck and part.     (d) Production Area: On or before June 18, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards, in that the employer did not have a guard on the DoAll Drill Press (Model # DG-17, S/N 78-8505) to protect from the rotating action of the chuck.    (e) Production Area: On or before June 18, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards, in that the employer did not have a guard on the DeWalt Angle Grinders (Model # DWE 402, S/N unknown) to protect from metal grinding.
