29 CFR 1926.652(c)(2)(iii): Manufacturer's specifications, recommendations, and limitations, and manufacturer's approval to deviate from the specifications, recommendations, and limitations were not in written form at the jobsite during construction of the protective system: a) Construction site, near intersection of Walbert Ave, and 40th St. - On or about June 21, 2018, an employee entered a trench that was protected with a Pro-Tec trench shield that was not installed in accordance with manufacturer recommendation and the manufacturer tabulated data was not on site.
