29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about June 19, 2018, at 67 Russell Road, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  An employee performing framing work was exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools and lumber from the employees working above the employee working on the ground beneath them while not using head protection.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  On or about June 19, 2018, at 67 Russell Road, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  Four employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards from wood chips, and nails when they operated nail guns without using eye protection.
