29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. On or about June 26, 2018, during the installation of roofing material on a new home construction project located at Lot 6, Orrs Orchard, Avon, Ohio, the employer did not ensure an employee was protected from fall hazards of approximately 21 feet by utilizing a guardrail system, safety new system, and/or other fall protection system or device.
