29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed.  a) On or about June 26, 2018 or prior thereto:   A periodic inspection of the employer's energy control procedures had not been completed.   Lockout procedures have been conducted on Tank #3 in Production, and the Oden Filler.   Pneumatic and electrical lockouts have been performed.  NOTE:   Abatement certification IS required for this item.
