29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Mailing Services, Rejects Conveyor near Rear Door: On, or about, June 25, 2018, the access and working space for Panel T4, a 480 volt Square D panelboard, was partially blocked by the installation of a curved gravity conveyor.
