(a)  M & N Framing, at 2816 West 26th Ave., Denver, CO 80211:  On and before April 18, 2018, the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level was protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Employees were performing framing activities on the second floor by standing on open trusses and landings without the use of fall protection.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 12 feet.
