29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all name-plates and markings were in place and maintained in a legible condition: At the location of 8442 W. 13th St. North in Wichita, KS, an employee operating a Lull 944E-42 rough terrain telehandler forklift(#MH-014) and employees in the construction premises were exposed to struck by hazards. The employees were exposed in that the forklift directional control lever for the transmission on the forklift was missing directional control markings/decals.
