OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by falling trusses as a result of inadequate temporary restraint and bracing during installation. The first truss was not provided with proper ground bracing and the remaining trusses were not provided with proper lateral and diagonal bracing:    (a) At the jobsite:  On or about 6/8/2018, the 4-man crew installed 58, 53-foot wide scissor trusses and did not adequately brace the trusses to prevent them from collapsing, exposing employees to crushing and struck-by hazards.
