(a) Topcoat Powder Coating Booth - The duct work located downstream from the Donaldson Torit dust collector, model DFO 2-12, that collected the dust from the powder coating booth discharged toward an opening in the ceiling of the facility. The ductwork did not extend outside of the building, on or about May 1, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
