29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(i): The area below the scaffold was not barricaded, and employees were not prohibited from entering the hazard area. Hotel Exterior: The color mixing and material storage areas were located adjacent to the scaffold below where employees were applying color to the building. Employees were permitted to work in this area without proper barricades and/or falling object protection. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.
