29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   On or about June 26, 2018, while in the process of completing roofing activities at a residential property located at 37830 Chester Rd., in Avon, OH., employees were not protected from a fall hazard from a height of approximately 18 (+) feet by conventional fall protection and/or devices.   Roofs by Antonio LLC dba Extreme Construction was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926. 501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 932284 citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on December 12, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1375 N. Fairfield Rd. Beavercreek, OH.
