29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a) On or about 6/21/18 at a roof replacement project located at 740 McKinley Avenue, Buffalo, New York; employees installing roofing were using ropes with rope grabs attached to their harnesses. The employees did not have their rope grabs adjusted or rigged to prevent free falls more than 6 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
