29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards associated with performing residential construction activity while exposed to falls 6 feet or greater. The most recent occurrence of this was observed on June 28th, 2018 at a new apartment building construction located at 2313 S. 63rd Street Omaha, NE where the employer has a crew of 4 employees without fall protection, sheathing the roof of the four story apartment building while exposed to fall hazards greater than 30 feet.
