29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: (Construction Reference 1926.103) A.) Scobell Company, Inc., 135 East 38th Street, Erie, PA 16504, on or about June 26, 2018 and times prior thereto: Employees were voluntarily wearing Radnor N95 respirators while conducting work operations that included, but were not limited to, taking down insulation. Employees were not provided with the information found in 29 CFR 1910.134 Appendix D.
