29 CFR 1910.39(d): Employee information. An employer must inform employees upon initial assignment to a job of the fire hazards to which they are exposed. An employer must also review with each employee those parts of the fire prevention plan necessary for self-protection. (a) MOR 31 Well Pad - 368 Newland School Road, West Finley, PA: On or about June 27, 2018, and at times prior thereto employees were conducting "hot fueling" operations while actively fracking the wells and the employer did not fully comply with the requirements of 29 C.F.R. 1910.39(d)
