29 CFR 1910.110(h)(6)(ii)(b): Containers were not protected by crash rails or guards to prevent physical damage and they were not protected by virtue of their location: On or about June 27, 2018, or at times prior thereto, at the propane tank area employees were observed driving propane operated forklift trucks into the areas where there were no proper crash rails or guards provided around the propane tank to prevent damage. Employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards.
