In the Main Warehouse Building located at the west entrance materials were piled in the aisle way. b.) In the Main Warehouse located at the storage rack materials were piled on the floor.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): The employer did not ensure exit route(s) were kept free and unobstructed: On or about June 26, 2018, employees were exposed to fire hazards when exit routes were obstructed in the following instances: a.) In the Pipe Storage Building palletized boxes blocked the exit door from the inside and plumbing materials lying on the ground blocked the exit door on the outside. b.) At the west end of the Main Warehouse Building boxes lying on the floor blocked the exit route at the exit door.
