29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:    a) On or about 6/27/2018 - in the Small Progressive Department, a Maintenance Technician was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 24 feet without using fall protection while changing out a light fixture using a Snorkel Lift (Model ATB 46n, Serial No. 963192).
