29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement.    At the jobsite located at 2200 W. 47th Place in Westwood, Kansas, the supported scaffold was missing cross-bracing on the side closest to the building, exposing employees to a scaffold collapse and subsequent fall of up to 10 feet to the next level.
