OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard while conducting concrete activities from the elevated forks of a Mustang 2054 Skid Steer Loader. (a) On or about June 28th, 2018, at a jobsite located at 20200 Poplar Creek Parkway, in Brookfield, Wisconsin, an employee worked from the elevated forks of a Mustang 2054 Skid Steer loader while conducting concrete activities.
