Two workers were painting the outside trim of a single family home without the use of fall protection. This exposed employees to falls from height.

Two workers were painting the outside trim of a single family home without the use of fall protection. The employer stated that the painters were not trained how to use the personal fall arrest system. This exposed employees to falls from height.
