OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to various fire hazards including but not limited to flammable liquids and vapors,  static electricity, and/or other ignition sources:  a) On or about June 27, 2018, and at times prior thereto:  Employees were utilizing a Graco GH 933 Heavy Duty Hydraulic Airless Sprayer, with a Honda 390DX 13HP engine.   A grounding clamp to an earth ground to limit static electricity was not established.   Operator's manual procedures were not followed during equipment operation.  b) On or about June 27, 2018, and at times prior thereto:  Employees were utilizing a Graco GH 933 Heavy Duty Hydraulic Airless Sprayer, with a Honda 390DX 13HP engine.   The engine was not allowed to cool off prior to refueling.  Operator's manual procedures were not followed during equipment operation.   NOTE:  Abatement certification AND supporting documentation are required for this item.
