Chantilly, VA 20151, Condition: Employee(s) were exposed to unguarded unused portions of a DoALL Contour-Matic 36 inch vertical band saw blade located in the Restoration Shop. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Chantilly, VA 20151, Condition: Employee(s) were exposed to electrical hazards temporary electrical cords running through holes in the metal deck plate openings going into the subfloor electrical/utility trough. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
