29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were corrected or repaired before an employee used the walking-working surface again.  When the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard was not guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b):  a) Powerhouse parking entrance: On or about July 2, 2018 and at times prior, workers were exposed to trip an fall hazards where a sink hole in a parking area was brought to the attention of the employer with no action taken to identify the condition until repairs were complete.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
