29 CFR 1926.451(b)(7): On scaffolds where platforms were overlapped to create a long platform, the overlap did not occur only over supports, and/or was less than 12 inches (30 cm) when the platforms were not nailed together or otherwise restrained to prevent movement.    a.  On or about July 2, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to falls while performing masonry operations from a tubular welded frame scaffold, three stories above the ground, due to an improperly secured piece of wood used to connect two scaffold planks.
