OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: (a) On or about 6/14/2018 - at Redstone Arsenal Test Area 1 Hazard Site, employees working at the top of a Bradley Fighting Vehicle were not protected from falling approximately 6 to 7 feet from the top of the hull or vehicle body and 11 feet from the turret.
