29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":    a) Rutler Screen Printing - On or about June 21, 2018, an exit door located in the screen cleaning room was not marked by an "Exit" sign as required.  Exposing the employees who work in this room to fire hazards.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

The employer did not maintain a portable fire extinguisher, mounted on wall outside of office door that leads to production floor, in a fully charged and operable condition, exposing employees to fire and burn hazards, on or about June 21, 2018.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
