On or about July 3, 2018, Cooling Shack: An orange flexible extension cord used in series to power a Panasonic air conditioner, showed visible signs of damage in that the cord was wrapped in four locations with black electrical tape. The electrical tape would not provide the same insulative properties as the original undamaged insulation.
