29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) Storage Room, combustible paper and plastic products such as napkins and plastic cups were stored on racking which was approximately 10 inches from an ASME /DOT pressure cylinder which contained high pressure compressed carbon dioxide gas. The clearance was not sufficient to maintain combustibles away from the cylinder in the event of fire and for employees to access the working components of the cylinder setup which were behind and on top of the cylinder, on or about, July 3, 2018. ABATEMENT OBSERVED DURING INSPECTION - NO CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
