29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  4122 & 4166 Fairview Drive, Ammon, ID 83401, on June 27, 2018; employees exposed to fall hazards were not wearing any fall protection while repairing a roof with heights measuring 10'7" at the eave and 22.1' at the peak of the roof from the ground surface below.    NOTE: Abatement documentation AND certification are required for this item.
