29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities six feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a. On or about July 3, 2018, at the construction site located at 6742 Brooklyn Heights, Westerville, Ohio, an employee was performing framing work, on an one story residential home roof with a pitch of approximately 6 in 12 and approximately 11 feet in height, without fall protection, thereby exposing the employee to a fall hazard.
