29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system : a- Building Exterior: An employee without a means of fall protection in place was engaged in framing activities while positioned on an unprotected framed edge in which the worker was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12ft to the concrete below.
