29 CFR 1926.352(f): Precautions were not taken on the sides of walls, floors or ceilings opposite the side where welding, cutting, or heating was performed: A. On or about 07/02/18, on the roof of head house Terminal B La Guardia Airport. Employees welding Q-deck on the roof were exposed to fire hazard from sparks falling to lower level. No personnel was assigned to watch the welding being performed. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
