29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Warehouse, on the wall adjacent to the employee notice boards: On or about June 20, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical burn hazards, in that an emergency eyewash station was drained and non-functional as employees packed and transported food products. b) Warehouse, on the wall where electric pallet jack charging stations are installed: On or about June 20, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical burn hazards, in that access to an emergency eyewash station was obstructed by a pallet and a powered industrial vehicle as employees packed and transported food products.
