29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii)(A): Employees were not insulated from energized parts through the use of rubber insulating gloves or rubber insulating gloves and sleeves worn in accordance with paragraph (c)(2) of this section: On or about June 26, 2018, and in times prior thereto, a lineman was not wearing sleeves while working near energized parts, exposing the lineman to an electric shock hazard located at utility power pole #149338 BEC.
