29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn nor a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: location: front of building on or about: 4/24/18 a) Employees were working from a Geanie S-85 aerial lift. The employees did not have a lanyard attached to the boom or basket. The employees were exposed to a fall of up to 22 feet. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.

The employees were not provided with adequate fall protection.
