29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: a) Warehouse, Aisle 12 - on or about June 18, 2018, an employee was struck in the head with a bundle of 14 feet tall moldings being placed onto a storage rack, but an infirmary, clinic, or hospital was not used to treat the worker in near proximity to the workplace nor were there persons adequately trained to render first aid.
