29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 401 Race St., Philadelphia, PA 19106 - The employer did not ensure that employees, who were performing framing in the construction of a new apartment building and were walking on top rails at a height of approximately 34.5 feet above the lower level, were protected by a guardrail, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or alternative fall protection measure, thus exposing the employees to fall from height hazards. This condition was observed on or about June 8, 2018.
