29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt or body harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee working from an aerial lift: Worksite located at 2500 Mission Drive, Jefferson City, Missouri- Employee was observed working in an aerial lift with a full-body harness, but had failed to connect the leg straps around his legs, therefore, the fall arresting system would not protect the employee in case of a catapult accident.
