29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated:  (a) 600 Abrams Avenue, Carlisle Pennsylvania - The employer did not certify that the citations had been abated within 10 days of the abatement date, on or about August 18, 2018.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided which will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  a) 600 Abrams Avenue - Flexible cord coming from the generator through the 1st floor of the house and laying in a puddle of water had approximately 1 inch of insulation pulled away from the fitting, on or before July 3, 2018.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
