29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):    (a) Hector Ortiz Construction at 16034 La Plata Peak Broomfield, CO 80023: On or before 7/7/18 the exposing, correcting and creating employer did not protect employees from injury in that the tubular welded scaffold was not fully planked. Planking was missing where the portable ladder used to access the scaffold was leaning. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 8 feet.

The scaffold was missing planking and cross bracing. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 8 feet.

This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet.

This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 5 feet and 8 feet.
