29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location: 85 Willow Ct., Boston, MA On or about July 6, 2018 employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 6 feet from unguarded balconies and up to 50 feet from the building roof, to the ground below, where proper fall protection was not used.
